The Stockpot Restaurant delivers a fine dining experience by providing excellent service, sweeping views, and a variety of creative menus. Executive chef Brett Tuft has developed unique recipes by using a variety of Northwest and international ingredients culminating in an eclectic fusion called "New American Cuisine." This is "comfort food" at its best--in an elegant setting, using choice hand-cut steaks, fresh salads, and many local ingredients prepared individually to order.
