Event Details
A VIP 5 Course Dinner perpared and led by Chef Dane Ross and 5 perfectly paired Specialty Beers brewed and led by Brewmaster Todd Britt. They have chosen this exquisite menu to excite your taste buds starting at the appetizer all the way to dessert (or should we say, dulces!) First course starts promptly at 7:15, the rest to proceed. Table is set family style to encourage guests to mingle and socialize through dinner. $50 per person, gratuity not included. Tickets sold on EventBrite. *It is recommended to bring cash to tip your servers*

PRIMERO- pork belly empanadas (roasted pork belly & cascabel salsa) Paired w/ a guava & agave kolsch
SEGUNDO- pozole verde (tomatillos, poblanos, cilantro & hominy) Paired w/ a lemon and lychee diw wit wheat ale
TERCERO- quinoa salad (mized greens, quinoa, avocado, black beans, lime agave dressing) Paired w/ a papaya & passion fruit double bit ipa
CUATRO- Chicharrón Tacos (Chicharrónes, Salsa Verde, Corn tortillas, watercress) Paired w/A Smoked Chipotle Peppers and Lime Red Ale
QUINTO-- Buñuelos (Deep fried mexican Dough with Brown sugar syrup) Paired w/ a Chocolate Cinnamon Porter
