The circa-1888 building is a tapestry of earthy elements: brick walls, iron staircase, wood floors and massive wood support beams. Rooms, softly lit by oil lamps, are divided by soaring archways, opaque glass and interior windows. Smoked duck dumplings and allspice-scented lamb shanks are dishes from the dining room's seasonal menu. Soups, salads, sandwiches and hand-tossed pizzas are available in the pub. Desserts include the signature Beeramisu--tiramisu made with the house Black Strap Stout.
