A casual crowd sits under the branches of a giant olive tree in the re-creation of an Italian courtyard. Italian-style desserts, like chocolate espresso creme brulee and molten Mt. Vesuvius cake are garnished with sugar art, chocolate and delicate pastry. Simpler, but no less satisfying, are 24 flavors of handcrafted gelato, from rich dark chocolate hazelnut and creamy vanilla bean to exotic passion fruit. Pastries, homemade muesli, panini sandwiches, salads and Italian-style coffee drinks are also served.
