Diners feast on Chinese standards such as pot stickers--plump pork dumplings in silky dough--and velvety winter melon soup. Entree standouts include pei pa bean curd--minced scallops in a crispy tofu shell over steamed spinach--and pork tenderloin pepper stir-fry. But its specialties are the gigantic lobster tail in Mandarin sauce and crisp Peking duck.
