At Jewel Yoga we are passionate about yoga because we believe that yoga offers tools to improve health, promote mental clarity, and foster emotional well-being and equanimity.
We practice and teach the Iyengar method of yoga, developed by renowned, living yoga master B.K.S. Iyengar of Pune, India. Iyengar Yoga is one of the world's most influential and widely-practiced methods.
