Event Details
Cannabis slows us down and allows us to go deeper into the emotional experience of yoga. Take your time, is the theme of the flow.
We consume (vape) in community from 7-7:25 or so and then enjoy a mindful and peaceful vinyasa flow with a long savasana.
This class is good for beginners and experienced yogis. Breaks in Child's pose are encouraged at any time.
Our yoga studio maintains a vaxxed only policy. Please bring your vax card or a picture of it with you to participate in this event. Masks are optional.
